not fun at all

I only have ONE w-2 and I got charged $128 for me to file my taxes myself. I had to do an ID verification over video chat with the IRS and the whole process took over an hour when last year it took maybe 10 min. I will NOT be using turbo tax ever again I have the SIMPLEST of tax returns every year and your website charged me after I spent over an hour getting text verifications and email verifications and password changes its not supposed to be this complicated with ONE W2!!! hope you guys change your policies

Its a legal scam

The process is confusing. A lot of the screens ack questions that assume you know what's on the next. They charge you for things in a sneaky cheating manner. If you never select to upgrade they will still pop in a question randomly "would you like us to help you with this" and at the end what you expect to be $49 is suddenly $80 or more. Turbo Tax is trash but I haven't found a better option.
