New Web-based Program Stinks.

I am not a fan of your revised program.
Specifically, having the entire program being web based as opposed to downloading the program. The web-based version is very slow! Web-based may be fine for customers living in a city with very good IT infrastructure. However, if you live in the rural mid-west, it is not.
Next year, PLEASE give the customers the option of downloading the program.

Turbo Tax Online continues to excel on every level especially with simplicity and effort in either minimizing tax debt or maximizing your return. I usually file my own taxes but Turbo Tax has made it too simple and easy for me not to take advantage of their offers. My taxes generally get rejected a couple times for small errors with numbers or other lil details and I would have to navigate through my taxes to find the errors, but not with Turbo Tax. They take care of all that for me and make it super simple. Please continue doing what you do Turbo for the American people that will always need you year after year!!!
