TTAX disappointing

Very disappointed. I've been using TTAX Online for 5 years and it could not hook me up with my past history-requiring me to enter redundant info. If that's the case, next year we'll probably try another vendor.

Turbo Tax is AWESOME, to a point

The help lines were AWESOME, to a point, but you shouldn't have to use Deluxe or forced to use Deluxe if you don't want to.. Turbo Tax did say it was FREE!! The ideal to file your taxes is make more money not to pay that money out.

Pulling my w-2's from pay employers payment websites was the coolest thing ever. I saved so much time. I was done in 30 minutes!
