gets the job done

Easy and covers all the bases. Good explanations of the things I have questions on. The website itself is quite dodgy, though, as several time sections repeated after hitting continue and the print receipt page about:blank-ed and needed reloaded.

Wishing there was more loyalty with past customers

As a long time customer, I was disappointed this year to hear that only "new customers" could receive a free return deal. My husband and I have been paying customers for many years now and it would be nice to have past customers appreciated... instead we ended up having to pay $50. Very disappointed that there isn't loyalty with the customers that come back year after year. We will be looking elsewhere next year.

Turbo tax is my go to for decades

Easy Used to have last year’s information you punch in your companies ID it pulls up your W-2 which is all the calculations for you it’s simple easy I love it and use it every year
