predatory

predatory website, keeps offering me "special deals" and such with tricky wording which increase the base cost of using the service without people realizing it. the "special deals" are not helpful for anyone but those in very niche tax situations. not concerned for myself but for people less scam/internet literate. you guys suck for this and this is the last year i'll be using this service
