BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 30 YEARS MINUS A COUPLE YEARS FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. IT'S THE GPS OF FILING TAXES. LOVE THIS SOFTWARE AND WILL CONTINUTE TO USE IT IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU TURBO TAX FOR MAKING A STRESSFUL PROJECT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.

Turbo Tax is great

TurboTax online version is less user-friendly

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. I dislike the online version, compared to the desktop version. It was less user friendly and trying to back up was much more difficult. I like the program, but it's usability could be more improved.
