Locks you into Deluxe once used

Won't allow me to select the free version on TurboTax, and forces me to file with Deluxe, charging me close to $80.

Turbo Tax is a ripoff!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years but I will not use it again. The format is not as user friendly as it was before and you are charged to file electronically. $88!! R-I-P O-F-F!

I could not opt out of any unnecessary payments and was constantly hounded to 'upgrade' my services at least four times during the process. I will not be using your services next year.

Turbo Tax is a very user friendly software if you have some ideas about taxes. And any questions seem to be able to be found.
