VERY misleading with their "FREE" statement

THEY LIE!
Free isn't free.
At the very end of the process, BOOM...$78.00 charge for their service.
Nothing I could do to reverse the charges.

Pretty Great To Make Taxes Easier!

I think TurboTax Online is very easy to use. There is plenty of helpful information available for many topics that may be confusing, though I wish a bit more were included. The process is well-organized, you are guided in each step, and TurboTax warns you if your next click will finalize anything. I like that you are able to see your progress throughout, as well, so you can better manage your time. Sometimes, if you click away from a page you are currently working on in some way and attempt to come back, sometimes TurboTax makes you flip through previously completed pages to get back to where you were, which is annoying, but not too hampering of the process overall. I never found that any information was deleted, I simply had to skip through some pages. Overall, an absolutely great tool to get your taxes done!

My W-2 from Office of personnel Mgmt was not transferring . I had to take picture of QR Code, etc. Had this issue for several days before I manually was able to import my info.
