Losing trust in the product

I have used turbo tax for many years, I have always appreciated the simplicity and un complicated procedures.
I’m afraid with the new addition of complicated sales of related products I have become uncomfortable with this product and confused over the requirements to sign a refusal for unnecessary add ones. After over 10 years next year I will be shopping fora new service/product
