The product was fine before TurboTax decided to advertise it's extra services multiple times throughout my return process. A simple return should be just that.

Overpriced

The software is user-friendly. However, my taxes are simple and straightforward, I do not understand why they won't let me use the free version. I had to pay for my federal return and my state return.

Turbo Tax is Very Easy to Use!

Turbo tax is very easy to use. I appreciate that you can ask questions, and get immediate answers. I didn't rate it a 5 because when you are at the end of filing, there are always hidden fees that are very hard to get rid of.
