TurboTax is a scam to yearly users

I was so confused about some of the forms I filled out and it didn't make sense. The FAQ was not helpful and they charged me way more than was I was expecting to be charged before I even finished my taxes. This company loves to feed of the unwealthy and its bologna. I also saw ads for free returns for new users but no benefit to yearly users of this company which is offensive and disrespectful.

I feel this from was a lot harder to get around then last year.
I had a extra w2 i must have pit in and it was hard to find how to remove it.
