Tools dont work

I tried over 10 times to delete form 8880 to avoid having to upgrade to the "deluxe do it yourself". Every time I deleted it would say it was deleted - but then when I went to file, I was always told to upgrade, due to my retirement contribution credit. Awful experience and extremely annoying.

Excellent Product overall. However the listing of donations of home goods, garments, etc., could be greatly simplified! It was very tedious.
