The one thing I dont like is Turbo Tax say you can file for free and then at the end it charges you 70 plus dollars that is misleading!!

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes even more unenjoyable

Every other page of this program is a splash screen that has zero information and zero utility, it simply makes filing your taxes take longer and be more frustrating, all in the name of adding a cute animation. Then when you get to the end and it tells you "yay look how little time it took to file your taxes" it ends the timer and begins suggesting new ways for you to pay them extra or spend your return before receiving it rather than simply allowing you to obtain your hard earned funds that the Federal Government has had on loan from you for goodness knows how long. Please for the love of God, give us fewer screens and let us be done with this.

Very disappointed in new system. Very confusing and hard to follow. It's always been so easy :( Also I'm still not sure why I was charged over $100 in service fee after my initial fee to download the product.ject.
