EASY AND AFFORDABLE

I CHANGED FROM HR BLOCK TO TURBO TAX BECAUSE HR WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO DO 2 SEPARATE W2S FROM SAME HOSPITAL SYSTEM, 2 DIFFERENT POSITIONS. TURBO TAX MADE IT VERY SIMPLE AND FOUND EVERY TAX BREAK WHEREAS HR DID NOT WITHOUT ME UPGRADING FOR OUTRAGEOUS FEES OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS

I've used Turbo Tax for several years, for some unknown reason, when I logged in to do 2024 taxes I had to start over as a new filer. What happened to all my previous returns?

Turbo tax needs big improvements to simplicity

The product is overly complicated and unhelpful at almost every more difficult step. Most definitions are intentionally and helpful info in unavailable. Many unnecessary steps are involved, it seems to make the likelihood of a mistake more common, so that people will pay extra for TurboTax support. Free options are also hidden in order to trick customers into paying for turbotax extras. If these things can be fixed and the platform drastically simplified the product would be strong.

Turbo tax fees

I was under the impression that tis was a free way of doing taxes. I wasn't given the option to do it without a fee. And you start with one fee and then add on others. Free should be free and fees should be known and not later added.
