GOT CHARGED FOR NOTHING

I selected the return where you do it yourself and don't pay but I still got charged $58!!!! Never happened in the years past. So not only do I have to pay into the IRS but I had to pay you guys for not doing anything!!!

I used to have an agent at a strip mall do my taxes for me, and i felt like i was always getting shorted on my taxes. when i found out how easy turbo tax was a few years ago, I've been using them ever since. very easy to use.
