Generally good, very convenient, and good at answering many questions. Some questions it can't answer, adn the continual barrage of ads to upgrade were increasingly annoying.

TurboTax is User Friendly

User friendly due with the walk through tabs and each section is broken down well. Info is easily uploaded and made available digitally, or by phone upload.
