I’ve been using TurboTax for several years now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The platform is extremely easy to use, with clear step-by-step guidance that makes filing taxes less intimidating. I appreciate how it automatically suggests deductions and credits that I might not have even known about, helping me maximize my refund.
The software is super intuitive, and I love that it can import previous returns and financial documents directly, saving me tons of time. I’ve also used the TurboTax Live feature, which connects you to tax experts, and it's been incredibly helpful when I had specific questions.
The only downside I’d say is the cost. It can be a bit pricey, especially for more advanced features or for people who are self-employed. But overall, TurboTax makes the process so much easier, and I feel confident knowing my taxes are being filed accurately. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free tax filing experience!

Fast and easy. I tried other online services and even went into professional tax preparation offices. Same questions for entirely too much money.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved
