I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade. This is the 1st year I couldn't purchase at a store. Was a little disappointed in that.

Service is fantastic, up-sells are annoying

Overall I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for many years. It really is very user friendly, clean, easy to interface with, dependable, and I really appreciate all the question/answers information including the wording that's available even with the basic version.
Where it could improve is by eliminating the pop-ups (there were two this year) and frequent attempts at up-selling the product (there were several). These have the effect of being commercially and distracting. It makes me trust and like the product less.

Pros: I moved
