Turbo Tax 24 needs work.

I liked the old Turbo Tax that I have used for the past 25 years much better. I hope next year it is better. I hope I can find where it is stored on my computer. It took me over an hour to find it. I had to check all my folders. It would have been much easier if I was able to save it in my Turbo Tax folder.

Deivion is The Face of TurboTax

I was having a lot of trouble with my return. Mainly because TurboTax wanted to keep giving a message saying I couldn’t e-file because of my states taxes not being completed. But I contacted TurboTax and spoke with Deivion from Texas and it was at least 11:00pm. She stayed on the phone with me and made sure the glitch was fixed. She was kind, patient, I could tell she smiled while speaking with me. I really hope she gets recognized by her company. Because, I didn’t realize how late it was and I did feel bad enough to apologize to her. Thank you Deivion…
