works, but service is aggressively money hungry

It's really annoying how often this service tries to coerce you in buying their upgraded service packages. It's not necessary to do so, especially if you have a simple tax return to file. This service already tries to squeeze and ask for as much money as it can from you using the base Deluxe version. I unfortunately forgot to check this year if it was still available, but in previous years, you could access a free version of this service where you paid nothing to file. Now, it automatically places you into the Deluxe version of service. Also, having to pay the same filing fee for both federal AND state seems unfair because the fee to file my state taxes has always been more than i actually get back from the state.

Don’t force pay on expert

I didn’t like to be forced to pay an expert. It happens every year, they find a way to make you have to pay even not using the expert.
