Not user friendly

Uploading documents to go hand-in-hand as you’re entering the information. Uploading documents after the fact changes all the information in the return that you’ve already entered! Documents should be requested at time of entering information. If you’re going to pull from uploaded documents then what’s the point of entering it?

I make under 66,000 and there is supposed to be a FREE tax preparation for thus. Also, you are charging an additional $40.00 fee for processing payment that come out of my banking account. This is the last year that I will be using your services. i am very disappointed.
