i've used turbotax consistently for years and every year I become more dissappointed. 4 times the process of completing my tax return was interrupted by an effort to get me to upgrade to the MAX edition. Once, okay. twice, pushy but I can see someone changing their mind. but 4 times is rediculous. Meanwhile I was stuck in a logic loop using the process because A response wasn't what the system wanted, and no clear indication was provided as to what the issue was. Add to that I had to manually correct half of my imported information from my W-2, I may as well have manually entered it myself and assured it was correct the first time. Then when you finally get to the end, you can't progress until you've reviewed their effort to get the user to allow the company to collect and use your data (there's a decline option and the very bottom of the agreements by the way).
I don't see the value in using this product anymore and once I've collected my data from previous filings with Intuit I will select a different source for filing my taxes.
