Turbo Tax is no longer awesome

Been using TT since I was 18--so, decades. It's not as clear, concise and easy to use. Making it more "user friendly" has made it more difficult with anyone who has ever actually done their taxes before or has half a brain. Not showing your refund/balance until the end is a huge disservice. Being asked numerous times if I want to add or include extra services, often repeatedly, is extremely annoying. I'll probably use something else next year.
