I feel comfortable filing my taxes without the aid of a grocery pop up tax shop. I've been using Turbo Tax for years and find the process intuitive and helpful at every turn.

Easy to use. Lays out every section and description. Each section is simple to use and lets you know where to find the info on your forms. I've never had a issue filing my taxes thru Turbo Tax. As long as you enter the correct information, you will not have any issues. Price is very reasonable.

Turbo tax made my refund easy by having the appropriate links to support questions right where I needed them! They even had example scenarios and calculations for me to see how tax breaks apply!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
