high fees

ridiculous to be charged $40 to pay with refund is greedy whether its the bank fee or not turbo tax should understand that is unnecessary.

Great except for 1099K and gambling losses

Poor instructions and lots of glitches with entering 1099-k for the sale of personal items that were a loss and could not find any instructions for gambling losses in the online version

Very easy to start, stop, and pick up where you left off. Any questions are answered clearly and are easily accessible. Personal details carry over from the previous year making it easier to file, and there are check guards to ensure the maximum deductions.
