Very easy to use and staightforward. I just wish that it was cheaper, or there was more of a loyalty credit for consistent customers. I have been filing with Turbotax since the sunset of TeleFile in the late 1990's, and only did not use it in 2008.

Quick and easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and find it so easy to prepare my taxes this way. They aren't complicated but I do itemize my deductions including mortgage interest and they transfer so much over the prior year that it's a piece of cake. It's also very easy to upload any necessary documents. I was done in less than an hour and I think it's really good value.
