Turbo Tax is great

you make it easy for me just wish the price would not go up every year. I don't make alot of money after paying my bills and it is getting pricey for nme.

My experience this year was not as good as previous years. The site glitched multiple times on different during several attempts to file my taxes. I needed to take a pause and come back later or on an entirely different day as I was being brought to the pages I needed to be navigated to after clicking. There were also issues on some portions of my return that did not prompt any explanation or advisement on how to fix it. Eventually, I figured it all out but it was very frustrating this year. I understand you offer "expert services" but not everyone wants to pay the extra fee for a simple question when they do not need much assistance otherwise.
