The process to file your taxes is simple. Instructions are clear. The site is easy to navigate. The product and process itself is wonderful. However, it is ridiculous how much it costs to file with no assistance from another person. If it wasn't for the convenience of doing it from my home, it would have been better to have gone to a preparer or to have more peace of mind and paid only slightly higher price. Also, cannot believe that there is no discount for returning customers.

Turbo Tax just gets easier each year... and I'm grateful there is support wherever I need it or when I need it.
I've been using this product for more than 15 years and would recommend it to anyone.
