Not happy about having to pay a higher fee to file since I had an additional 1099 to claim. I am on a limited income and depend on my tax refund to pay bills. Otherwise, pretty simple tax process.

Turbo tax makes it easy

Easy to use even for beginners. The more you use it the easier it gets. Lots of guidance to click on for assistance when needed. Wish max benefits were not an extra cost or it would have been 5 stars.

There was some confusion in the start when I could not go to w-2 entry. Once I was able to import w-2 info everything worked out better.

This was awful.

Literally I did not add any upgrades or anything to TurboTax and I still had to pay them for filing my taxes when I didn't get any refund. I'm a broke college student who should never have to pay for this. This is ridiculous.
