Hidden Fees

Easy to use, but not very upfront in the cost advertising. You start FREE which is fine, but why not disclose that there are fees for efiling BOTH Federal and State as well as an ADDITIONAL $40 processing charge to deduct the efile fees from the refund? For $129 I could have bought the software and been able to have other family members prepare and file their returns. Not using online ever again. Will buy the software next year.
