TurboTax Used to Be Better

Your product used to be better and more streamlined. You've added, almost deliberately it seems, additional steps that operate in a less direct manner and force circular behavior versus straight forward linear completion of taxes. It's almost as though you want people to be forced to engage and buy additional products and services despite already paying a substantial premium to file their taxes through you. This was a disappointing experience this year, and wasted an extra at least 30 minutes of my life filing my taxes.
