I've been using this service now for quite a few years. All in all I have to say that it's made filling much simpler. My only complaint was that I was unable to file for free this year as I usual due to the fact that there was one minor difference in my return this time. That was rather disappointing seeing as the it seemed like such an insignificant discrepancy. That being said my over all experience has been a positive one. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Great Service but considering that State and Federal can be filed for free and being charged extra surcharges i dont think im going to use a different tax service next year
