Turbo Tax is stupid.

This was horrible! Put my none reported tips in and Turbo Tax made me pay them to receive my return. What's more it was $10 more than what they were saying it was going to be. I cannot believe they took a 1/4 of what my taxes were going to be when the unclaimed tips should go to the state and not Turbo Tax.

Had a horrible time creating a new account, had to call them. Finally got that straightened out and when it was time to file it kept saying I need to choose an option to file and yet there was No place TO CHOOSE AN OPTION!!! OMG
