Product is a Necessary Evil

STOP SOLICITING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS! Tax prep is stressful enough without Turbo Tax soliciting for additional services every 3-5 screens. Also- better explanation things like Colorado Tax Refund Credit and the fact that you now have to physically sign and mail forms in even though you e-filed. Rather defeats the purpose. Also- YOU'RE EXPENSIVE.

It is so easy and fast to do! It beats having to pay someone to enter #'s and pay large amounts.
