Easy filing but follow up on their work

I’ve always given TurboTax 5 out of 5 stars in the past but they failed to submit one of my past state tax returns. I paid their fees to file my state tax returns but they failed to actually file it which got me into a bind with the state department of revenue.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
