Easy, however, false advertising

The step by step process is very good and easy. You only get 3 stars, because you are advertising that it is free if you have never used TurboTax before if you file prior to 2/14/2025, which I have never used TurboTax prior and my filing was 2/09/2025, yet you still required a credit card and charged me. This is, therefore, false advertising, and I might take my business elsewhere next year. It's not that I can't afford the $50.00, it is a matter of principle.

Turbot Tax is NOT Awesome!

Doesn't seem to understand how to deal with government pensions (local, state or federal retirees). Don't know why it is so difficult. Terrible job with state; hope to remember NOT to use state tax package again. Made me file state taxes by mail and doesn't even provide the mailing address.
