Experience is good. Not terrible. Easy to upload multiple W2s if necessary. Even the simplest product does a lot for you. Only thing I think is crazy is the 40 processing fee on top of paying for the service. But as far as money, it's definitely one of the cheaper options.

Disappointing Overall. Not like it used to be.

Turbo Tax has gone down the tubes a bit. I DO NOT LIKE how there's no longer a running total of what your return is going to be. The number of times I was asked to SHARE my personal information was also not liked. Turbo Tax used to be a lot more straightforward, as well. The number of times I was asked to PAY for MAX or some other different version of their services was disappointing. Sad. Turbo Tax used to be great, now its just like every other product out there. I may be switching next year.
