Force you to pay in order to submit return.

Reason for the 3 stars is because for every move I made I kept getting offered to upgrade. At the end they forced me to pay for there service since my situation wasn't a basic one. I did the tax return on my own and didn't get additional services for doing so. So I don't understand the need for those charges. If I required more assistance then by all means.
