Not as good as last year. Did not give me last year's info and charged me another $30 before I could send it. I probably will not use it next year.

Mostly positive with one big BUT

The basic product is excellent. The new "take a picture of your W-2" feature is a delight.
The only "but" is the persistent and dishonest way they try to trick you into agreeing to share your tax info with them for marketing purposes.
