Two annoying things. I feel TurboTax tries trick you in paying for services you do not need or may want. Second, there is still some language stuff that is tricky to understand. Besides this, the services and products appear to be straight forward.

IT'S PRETTY EASY AND HAS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND IF YOU NEED TO ASK A QUESTION OR NEED TO INPUT A FORM THE PROGRAM WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AND HELP YOU FIND THE AREA TO INPUT FORMS. ALSO, IF YOU HAVE A LONG NAME, IT WILL ALLOW IT, OTHER TAX PREPS DON'T AND YOU HAVE TO FILE BY MAIL. WHICH TAKES SO LONG AND YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF IT GETTING LOST.
