Income import

One area of income was imported from my 2023 return. I could not figure out what it meant. It seemed to be a figure of 9K that claimed I had deferred paying all my taxes. Not sure if it was from taking money from my 403B? I paid 20% income take on the money removed. I cannot figure I would owe more. I do not defer any tax. So I zeroed the sum.
