I use it every year. This year had more issues. Several times just signed me out. Last time I had to re-enter all the drivers license info. Also, in the deductions section, there was a single line that stated, "The income you're taxed on was reduced by $######. 401(k) contributions: $####.
No where in the deductions did it say anything about Karen's income being reduced by $####. 403(b) contributions: $#####. Even though the numbers were correct, Karen's missing info is concerning.
