Simplicity and empathy for a tricky thing

I'm one of those people who doesn't like doing my taxes. My tax situation is relatively simple and easy, but still, the whole thing stresses it out. I appreciate that TurboTax understands this and has a helpful and empathetic customer experience.

The program is user friendly except there are no options to change your mind. If you opt for a more expensivve plan, for example, but decide that you don't need that service, there is no way to change it.
