I have been using TurboTax for years and will continue to do. Don't change a thing about it. It is easy to understand and navigate. Doing taxes on TurboTax makes it easy for anyone to use which makes it so wonderful.

As an active duty service member, sometimes filing can be a little confusing or difficult but the representatives have helped me tremendously over these past few years. I've had addresses and state tax questions and concerns resolved. Their on-call help wait time is fast! (Assuming you're not filing last minute.) Would recommend to anyone needing help in filing their taxes.
