TurboTax is the Best!

I engaged with AI and it did a good job answering my questions.
I also love how I can save and come back and the experience is seamless. I have children and I was pulled away multiple times. The end user experience keeps me coming back to TurboTax year after year.

Turbotax seems to have lost my filing info for last year, even though I have receipts for filing via Turbotax and the software was able to auto-import my data from last year...I just inconveniently cannot actually access that data myself to download.

Super easy to use. Has a lot of resources if you do not understand certain things, good break down of common questions. Highly recommend. Makes filing taxes not a headache or huge task
