TurboTax sucks

Ridiculously overpriced product/service and I hate the bait and switch tactics to force customers into upgrading (all because I have a 1095 - get really, this is a basic form that a huge number of American's have) after they've already committed time to starting a return. I also hate that Intuit has successfully lobbied our government to ensure that the IRS does not develop its own tax filing system. I suspect your days are numbered, however, and I will be jumping ship just as soon as the feds offer a viable alternative.
