Have used Turbo Tax for years. Easy when it retains information from year to year. Helpful with updated information and what we can and cannot deduct.

Horrible to get back into and prices are rediculous to rifle difficult to remove something you don’t want on tax return.
Will not use again - use to be my top choice but free tax is cheaper a d just as reliable.

It works for me. I have been using it for close to 10 years, It is not difficult and I can figure it out and feel secure that the opportunities to get a refund are all explored and explained,
