I hate trying to manually go back to review things. I never seem to find exactly where I was and when I try to go forward after not being able to go back it never looks the same. Always makes me feel like I'm missing something and if I get audited I'll be screwed because of missing something I couldn't get back to. Plus, I never want to have to pay for audit protection but I did this year because when I logged back in (after asking my financial advisor from work what to do with the Retirement contributions I've never had to report before) the question it was asking was totally gone and I was afraid to lose where I was at to find it. Now, I'm scared I missed something. It's like it's made to make you feel unsettled so you pay them more to feel secure. Plus, the sneaky ads the whole way through that make you second guess whether or not you should pay them more and upgrade for the protection. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the original offer for the Deluxe was only $39; by the time I was at the end and had scared myself enough to purchase Deluxe, it had changed to $49. In addition to their sneaky processing fee a few pages later. Sigh. Still cheaper and easier than other options.
yes was wonderful used it last year probably use it next year. I hate that I have to pay money for my tax preparation. My money goes to taxes then I have to pay to get a small portion back. It's depressing. Always advertised as free but it never is.
