It is an ok system. They do not give you links to view the line item definitions and clarification. The final price was not what I was emailed but much higher.

I did not interact with one of your tax experts! Reason, I can not afford it. I think it is very misleading when you advertise that your services are "free" when in fact they are not. Out of a whopping $154 return, I got a lousy $26. Just think on that.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
