Easy to use. If you use it several years in a row it fills in a lot of your information which saves time.

I'm not happy I had to pay $78 , even unhappier that to get it taken out of my refund, not was $40 more.
Also unhappy I had to pay for turbo tax deluxe for federal AND state, that should have been ONE fee..
Pros: I moved

Works good if you're in a pinch

Promo said it was free. It was not free. It was almost $100. If I wasn't in another country I would've just gone to someone from my hometown to help me out. Other than that it was pretty convenient and it did walk me through everything step by step.

Stop constantly offering to upgrade. This was the most annoying year of using turbo tax.
